Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or unsealed items.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at eatyourgreensorganicfarm@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please photograph both the packaging and the product before doing anything else — these images are required to file a claim on your behalf. Then contact us at eatyourgreensorganicfarm@gmail.com with your photos and order details so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed products, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at eatyourgreensorganicfarm@gmail.com.
