Farming runs in our blood. Our grandparents worked the land in Texas and Oklahoma — and though we didn't grow up farming ourselves, that connection to the earth never left us.
In 2017, April started experiencing symptoms that would eventually lead to an autoimmune diagnosis. Long before that diagnosis came, something instinctive drew us back to the garden. We started growing our own food, searching for answers in the most natural place we knew — the soil.
That search led us to microgreens — and to building a microgreens farm right here in Austin, Texas. Studies show microgreens may contain up to 40 times the nutrients of full-grown vegetables — and for a family already reaching for something real, something clean, something grown with intention — it felt like exactly what we had been looking for.
We started sharing them with our community in early 2019. Six months later, in October of that year, April finally received her autoimmune diagnosis after two years of being told everything was normal. By then, the mission had already taken root.
Today Christa tends every tray — farming and formulating as both a grower and a certified nutritionist. April keeps everything running behind the scenes. Together, we hand-sow and harvest every crop with the same intention that started this journey. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just the purest nutrition we know — grown with light, water and love, from our family to yours.
